<p>The invention concerns a centrifuging vessel (2), driven in rotation at speed 2φ about its axis of revolution, a separation chamber (3) connected to said vessel (2) centre by three channels (4, 5, 6) integral with three flexible conduits (4a, 5a, 6a) forming open loops driven at speed φ, while their respective second ends, coaxial with the first are fixed. The radius and the height of said vessel (2) range between 35 and 50 mm, between 75 and 125 % of said radius respectively, its angular speed 2φ is higher than 500 rad/s to ensure a flow rate of liquid to be centrifuged of at least 100 ml/min. The material and the dimensions of the conduits (4a, 5a, 6a) are selected such that the tensile load which is exerted on them is less than 0.7 N/mm2, its modulus of elasticity is less than 5 N/mm2, and the alternate bending rupture strength is higher than 1.5 N/mm2.</p> |
