A polyol mixture (I) comprises in weight percent (wt.%): (A) 5-60 wt.% of at least one addition product of an alkylene oxide with an aromatic di- or polyamine, whereby the molar ratio of alkylene oxide to nitrogen bonded hydrogen atoms in the amine is no greater than 1:1; and (B) 40-95 wt.% of a polyether and/or polyester polyol having an OH number of 250-500. An Independent claim is included for a rigid polyurethane foam prepared by reaction of the polyol (I) with a di- and/or polyisocyanate, blowing agent and optionally foam stabilizer, activator and other foam additives.
