PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with excessive labor for sludge treatment in such a case that an individual precision filter device is connected to a filter apparatus performing the separation and filtration of a chip and cutting oil by a piping. SOLUTION: In the precision filter apparatus, sewage containing sludge and cutting oil is precisely filtered to be made reusable. In this case, a tank main body 2 for temporarily storing the sewage, which is supplied under predetermined pressure, under almost atmospheric pressure by introducing the sewage into a tank while allowing the same to flow out to the outside from an open port 20 opened to the atmosphere, a filter drum 5 having a filter 9, which prevents the fixing and growth of sludge by ejecting sewage from an ejection pipe under high pressure, provided to the outer peripheral surface thereof and rotationally driven in the tank and a negative pressure generating pump sending out a precisely filtered liquid to the outside of the tank main body 2 by evacuating the filter drum, are provided.
