PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a shutter rail, which is erected at the opening part of a case, so as not to generate any gap, from which a harmful insect enters, on the upper part of the rail. SOLUTION: In the front face of the rail fixing part of a case 29, a mounting part 6 is formed and is provided with a lock 7 (magnet) so that an engage part 25 of the shutter rail is easily magnetically fixed to the lock by abutting the engage part 25 of the shutter rail against the lock 7 from the front face of the mount part. It is enough for a rail 13 to be horizontally pressed from the front and no gap is generated between the upper surface of the rail and the case. Since the shutter rail is formed from a synthetic resin mold, the engage part to be engaged to the mount part of a fixture arranged on the case can be easily projected upward on this upper end part. Thus, it is not necessary to extend the length of the rail and to fit the rail while holding it up, and the rail can be fixed only by abutting the engage part from the front to the fixing part of the case or mount part of the fixture.
