PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure supply of cutting liquid to the groove bottom side, or to a cutting edge and an end cutting edge at the end of a tool mainbody, even in supplying the cutting fluid by external oil feed. SOLUTION: A plurality of grooves extending from the front end of a tool mainbody to the rear end is formed on the outer periphery of the tool mainbody of approximately columnar contour to be rotated around an axis. A cutting edge 6 is formed at the ridge on the outer periphery of a wall face 5 of part of the groove of these grooves in the tool rotating direction T and the ridges 11 on the outer periphery of the wall faces 9 of the remaining grooves in the tool rotating direction T have outer diameters ranging from the axis O, smaller than the outer diameter ranging from the axis of the cutting edge 6.
