METHOD FOR FILLING GAP IN BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and effectively reinforce the strength of a civil engineered building such as the extension beam of a bridge by completely filling a clearance that forms in a wide range of a gap in the tie-in portion between an upper flange and the lower surface of a floor board of, e.g. a bridge. SOLUTION: A filling bag band 15 is installed in a gap portion at the tie-in portion between an upper flange 7 and the lower surface of a floor board 4. The gap portion is filled with a first filler 5 and a second gap filler 6 is injected from a conduit 10 whereby the part of the gap portion which is not yet filled with the first filler 5 can be filled with the second filler 6 via the filling bag band 15.
