COATING FOR IMPROVING SLIDING PROPERTIES OF SURFACE OF MATERIAL, METHOD FOR COATING IT AND ITS COATED PRODUCT, AND CHUTE FOR VENDING MACHINE USING ITS COATED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating for improving sliding properties which is capable of being baked at a temperature lower than a melting point of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) and is capable of treating a metal plate excellent in sliding properties or the like at a low cost in an ordinary continuous coating device of a precoated steel plate, and provide a method for coating it and its coated product, especially chute for a bending machine having excellent sliding properties in a state of dew condensation or in a high temperature environment. SOLUTION: A coating for improving sliding properties comprising as the main components 5-50 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene resin 1 having an average particle size of 2-40μm and 95-50 wt.% matrix resin 2 having a film-forming temperature lower than a melting point of PTFE is coated on a surface of a material 3 to be treated such as a metal plate or the like, and is baked at a temperature lower than a melting point of PTFE and higher than a film-forming temperature of the matrix resin. Especially, the coated metal plate having a specified breaking strength of a resin coating film at a contact angle against water or at a working temperature can exhibit high sliding properties even when dew condensation occurs or can be suitably used as a chute for vending machine having high sliding properties with high wear resistance even in a high temperature environment.
