PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing granular epoxy resin sealing media capable of reusing fine powder generated without adversely affecting the entire properties of the sealing media. SOLUTION: In the process for producing a granular epoxy resin sealing medium comprising the steps of mixing starting materials, heat kneading the mixture, molding the mixture to a sheet to cool it, pulverizing and granulating the sheet, and classifying the resulting granules, the content of fine powder is reduced by feeding the kneaded product in the heated state obtained in the heat kneading step to the sheet molding and cooling step in such a state that the fine powder generated in the pulverization and granulation step has been sprayed onto the kneaded product.
