PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly fluidize stiff-consistency concrete to make favorable force fed property and workability by mixing bubbles with concrete before pressure feed or during pressure feed. SOLUTION: Stiff-consistency concrete C is fed to a rotary type spraying machine 16 arranged in a tunnel pit through a concreting pipe 14 of a concreting means 12, and projected from the extreme end side of the spraying machine 16 toward the natural ground E directly after drilling to execute lining. The concreting means 12 is provided with a hopper 20, a concreting pump 22 arraigned on the bottom part of the hopper 20, the concreting pipe 14 connected to the discharge port of the pump 22, and a bubble feed pipe 24 nearly T- shapedly connected to the concreting pipe 14 in the vicinity of the discharge port. Further it is provided with a bubble generator 26 connecting the extreme end to the bubble feed pipe 24, an air compressor 28, a water solution storage tank 30, a water solution discharge pump 32, and the like.
