PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the rigidity of a side frame, as well as to carry out the rotating operation smoothly, when a grease feed/exhaust unit is rotated by using a tool. SOLUTION: Inside a side frame 3, a tension regulation cylinder 42 to extend and contract according to the feeding and exhausting amount of the grease is provided. And at the rear side of the tension regulation cylinder 42, a bending pipe 47 to compose a grease feed/exhaust mechanism 46 is connected, and the rear end side of the bending pipe 47 is opened downward. While a grease feed/ exhaust unit 49, is provided at the rear end side of the bending pipe 47 by screwing, a tool insertion window 52 extending in the longitudinal direction at the position corresponding to the grease feed/exhust unit 49 is engraved at the side plate 3B of the side frame 3. As a result, when the grease is exhausted from the tension regulation cylinder 42, a tool is inserted from the tool insertion window 52, and engaged to the grease feed/exhaust unit 49, and the tool is operated to rotate in the front side and the rear side in such a condition, so as to loosen the grease feed/exhaust unit 49 to exhaust the grease.
