PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a connecting mechanism adapted to have carts connected flatly from being interfered with another body or damaged, and to improve an appearance of the cart itself. SOLUTION: On a bottom surface part facing one edge of a long side of goods placing board 111 of a cart body 11, a first connecting means is movably mounted between an engaged position projecting out from a side wall 112 and a stored position not projecting out from an outer surface of the side wall 112. On the side wall 112 opposite to the first connecting means, an engaged part 14 to engage with the first connecting means on the engaged position of a connected counter cart body 11 is formed. On a bottom surface part facing one edge of a short side of the goods placing board 111, a second connecting means 15 is movably mounted between the engaged position projecting out from the side wall 112 and the stored position not projecting out from the outer surface of the side wall 112. On the side wall 112 opposite to the second connecting means 15, an engaged part 16 to engage with the second connecting means 15 on the engaged position of the connected counter cart body 11 is formed.
