PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a troublesomeness of scarcely observing a position of a seal mat under a sheet in the case of sealing by using a seal mat, and to simply use the mat by one hand together with a containing case of a seal impression, a vermillion ink pad, a seal cleaner, a stamp or the like by suppressing a size of the mat to a minimum limit. SOLUTION: The push seal mat 11 is disposed at a lower end of a U-shaped form, and a push seal guide 10 of a hole having the same size as that of the mat is disposed at the same position as the upper end of the form. An upper container 17 and a lower container 12 are disposed at an upper portion and a lower portion, and connected by a hinge of a body connecting portion. A sheet is inserted between the upper portion 14 and the lower portion 13 of the body, and push sealed in a frame of the guide 10.
