PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the supporting operability of a bicycle by making a hand position supporting the bicycle and another hand position operating a bicycle carrier be almost situated in the same position and to surely prevent bicycle theft on the carrier from occurring. SOLUTION: A grip device 8 of an arm member 6 is equipped with a holding means 12 capable of holding a bicycle frame and an operating means 13 capable of operating the holding means 12 to each holding and releasing positions in the vicinity, and in the vicinity of the operating means 13, it is equipped with a stopper means 14 being controllable so as not to separate the holding means 12 from the bicycle frame as well, and it is composed of equipping a locking means 15 capable of checking any control operation of the stopper means 14 in a lower end part 6a of the arm member 6, respectively.
