PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for molding which is free from whitening, fading of an embossed pattern and luster variation, even when a decorative sheet for molding is molded. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet S for molding comprises a transparent protecting sheet 1 of a polyolefin resin with a decorative layer 2 formed on the second surface and a colored base material sheet 4 with a soft segment consisting of 20-40 wt.% olefinic thermoplastic elastomer formed on the second surface of the sheet 1 through an adhesive layer 3 by dry lamination, with an easily adhesive layer 5 formed on the second surface side of the colored base material sheet 4. The decorative material is obtained by laminating the decorative sheet S for molding to an adherend by a vacuum molding lamination process or the like in such a way that the transparent protecting sheet 1 becomes the first surface of the sheet S.
