BLADE TYPE COATING DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured low cost blade type coating device capable of deforming only a tip part of a blade to the minimum without changing a blade angle in the case of changing the operation condition. SOLUTION: In the blade type coating device provided with a liquid feed part (not shown in the figure) for directly or indirectly through a backing roll 3 applying a coating liquid on a web 7 and a blade type coater head 22 for scraping excess coating liquid by a blade 29, the base end part 23 (e.g. a support point pin) of a pressing lever 20 for allowing to contact with the tip end part of the blade 29 and pressing is freely rotatably supported and a pressurizing force imparting means (e.g. a pressing tube 26) for imparting the pressurizing force to the pressing lever 20 is provided.
