PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle controller provided with a power source and a continuously variable transmission, capable of sufficiently reducing the back and forth vibration of a vehicle when backing suppression control is carried out after backlash suppression control. SOLUTION: When a flag is ON after backlash suppression control, a center control unit 30 reduces at least one of the backing suppression control period of sobbing suppression control carried out after the backlash suppression control and backing suppression control torque more than that of a normal backing suppression control period, thereby uses inertial torque generated by the backlash suppression control as a part of backing suppression control, and reduces the vibration of a vehicle more by effectively carrying out backing suppression control. |
