摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the high-speed laser beam welding by providing a first stage in which a first work is punched by a second work, and a punched portion is replaced by the second work, and a second stage in which the profile line of the punched portion is deformed by the cold forging, and the clearance at which the first and second works are brought into contact with each other is set close to zero. SOLUTION: A second work 12 matched to the punching shape is placed on an upper surface of a first work 11 placed on a fixed lower die 1, and a punch 4 is lowered by the distance equal to the thickness of the first work. A punched piece 13 is dropped from the work 11, and at the same time, the second work 12 is present inside a punching part 14. The first work 11 is transferred to a table 5, and the profile line of the second work 12 is forged by a forging punch 6. Then, the second work 12 is deformed and pressed against the inner surface of the punching part 14, and a contact clearance between the first and second works 11, 12 is close to zero, and the laser beam welding high in welding speed and accuracy is achieved.</p>
