<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time needed to hardening, in what is called a coil shifting system. SOLUTION: The induction hardening apparatus 10 for crank shaft in which a crank shaft is hardened twice by shifting a coil unit 110 having suspended three coil assembling parts 111A, 111B, 111C along the crank shaft as a work W, is provided with inside regulating bodies 310 arranged between the adjacent coil assembling parts 111A, 111B and between the adjacent coil assembling parts 111B, 111C and regulating the swing in the arranging direction of each of coil assembling parts 111A, 111B, 111C in both side thereof and outside regulating bodies 320 arranged on each outside of the coil assembling parts 111A, 111C at both ends and regulating the swing in the above-mentioned direction.</p> |
