PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for motor vehicle allowing easy mounting and dismounting of an expansion valve from an engine room side and capable of preventing the reduction of sealing property. SOLUTION: An expansion valve side screw hole 21a in which a bolt 28 fixing an engine room side fixing plate 26 on an expansion valve 21 is screwed is provided in the expansion valve 21, a through hole 21b passing a bolt 28 fixing the expansion valve 21 on a cabin side fixing plate 22 is provided in the expansion valve 21, and a fixing member side screw hole 22a in which a tip part of the bolt 28 passed into the through hole 21b is screwed is provided in the cabin side fixing plate 22. When the expansion valve 21 is removed from an engine room side while an air conditioning system for a motor vehicle is mounted on the vehicle, the bolt 28 facing the engine room side is removed, and a worker merely pulls an engine room side refrigerant pipe 25 to the engine room side.
