PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the perfect transfer of a fine pictorial pattern and also even the transfer of the pattern regardless of the state of a face to which an image is transferred, e.g. gaps or uneven surfaces. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive transfer seal 10 comprises a first mold release film 12, a colored ink layer 14 formed in a part which becomes a pictorial pattern, on the first mold release film 12, a clear layer 16 which covers the colored ink layer 14 and is formed on almost the entire face of the first mold release film 12, a paste layer 18 which is formed in such a manner that the layer 18 and the entire face of the clear layer 16 are superposed over each other and a second mold release film 20 which is formed in such a way that the film 20 and the entire face of the paste layer 18 are superposed over each other.
