PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sense of a three-dimensional design having a plenty of changes by partitioning a surface of a base material into a plurality of types of regions having different surface texture structures from each other, and providing the regions with designs different according to the texture structures. SOLUTION: A surface of a base material is partitioned to regions of a plurality of types having different surface texture structures, and designs different according to the texture structures are respectively provided on the regions. That is, the surface of the material 1 is partitioned to regions A1 to A4 having surface texture structures A and regions B1, B2 having surface texture structures B. As the types of the structures A, B of the respective regions, and the types of the designs a, b, a suitable combination such as, for example, the structure A is formed in a flat state, the structure B is formed in a surface protrusion and recess shape of a brick, the design a is formed in a colored pattern of a granite or the like, and the design b is formed in a colored pattern of a brick. When a joint recess 11 is provided at a boundary of the respective regions, a steric appearance is obtained.
