摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent solvent resistance and wear resistance and to easily vapor-deposit in vacuum a glare preventive film by coating a synthetic resin base material with a surface treating silica, an acrylate, a hard coating film of a photopolymerization initiator, and vapor-depositing a silica glare preventive film on the coating film. SOLUTION: A base material made of a synthetic resin is coated with a hard coating film containing a surface treating silica, an acrylate and a photopolymerization initiator, and a silica glare preventive film is vapor-deposited on the coating layer. As the acrylate, a trimethylolpropane triacrylate and/or a 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate is used. As the agent, a silica, an acrylate monomer, or an oligomer or arbitrarily a leveling agent is contained. 1.0 to 60.0 pts.wt. of the silica, 30.0 to 98.0 pts.wt. of the oligomer and 0.01 to 5.0 pts.wt. of the leveling agent are contained by a weight ratio.
