PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust braking force according to various states by movably connecting a tubular section to a first end section at the middle position of a brake cable so that it can be moved by the prescribed adjustment stroke along the longitudinal axis between the first end section and a second end section. SOLUTION: A tubular casing 20 has a first opening end section 30 and a second opening end section 32, and a longitudinal axis extends between the end sections 30, 32. The tubular casing 20 is a hollow tubular body made of aluminum or a hard resin as a preferable embodiment. A regulating nut or a regulating member 28 is connected to a first block member 22, and the first block member 22 is movably arranged in the outer tubular casing 20 near the first opening end section 30. A second block member 24 is arranged in the outer tubular casing 20 in the fixed state near the second opening end section 32. The tubular casing 20 is arranged at the middle position of a brake cable, it has high flexibility, and it is adaptable to various brake devices. |
