PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a combination hub and a catheter by molding a material, forming a main body part provided with at least a first hub and at least one first nose extending from it, extending the first nose part and forming the catheter. SOLUTION: The material 36 is injected to a cavity part and cooled to a degree being equal to below the melting point of the material 36 till more than deformation possible temp. being higher than room temp. and, then, the main body part 40 is molded in a molding 10. The part 40 is provided with the hub 42 and the nose part 44 extending from it. Then a second constitution part 14 is moved to be apart from the first constitution part 12 along a pin part 32. In this case, since a rib 48 is engaged in a notch part 46, the nose part 44 to be kept in a deformation possible state is extended and the catheter with a reduced outer diameter is formed. Besides, the outer diameter is correctly adjusted by adjusting an extending speed and heating or cooling during the formation of the catheter. |
