<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemming processing device which executes tack bending and permanent bending without imparting useless distortion to a panel member regardless of an obstacle near a hemming flange. SOLUTION: In this hemming processing device, a hem blade 10 having a tack bending blade part 12 and a permanent bending blade part 13 is used, the hem blade 10 is supported by a supporting mechanism 20 so as to horizontally and vertically move. When tack bending is executed, the hemming blade 10 is horizontally moved by a first transfer mechanism 51, the tack bending blade part 12 is positioned just over a hemming flange 4a and thereafter is lowered. When permanent bending is executed, the hem blade 10 is horizontally moved by a second transfer mechanism, the permanent bending blade part 13 is positioned just over the hemming flange 4a and thereafter is lowered. The tack bending and permanent bending are made to progress in a limited narrow space just over the hemming flange 4a by adopting such a structure.</p> |
