PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and adequately warm the arbitrary section of a human body in an arbitrary place by surely taking in the outdoor air and effecting stable contact combustion without the exertion of tension on an air suction pipe by the effect of the tension on a mounting part by the movement of the human body. SOLUTION: Heat is generated by causing the oxidation reaction of the gaseous fuel stored in a fuel tank 1 with the air in a contact combustion heating part 2. The fuel tank 1 and the contact combustion heating part 2 are housed in a warming part 7. This warming part 7 is mounted at the human body by mounting part 8. The air suction pipe 13 to take in the outdoor air to be supplied to the contact combustion heating section 2 is extended to one side of the mounting part 8 and an extension and contraction part 15 is formed on the other mounting part 8 side.
