PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously treat org. waste such as sludge or the like generated in various sewage treatment facilities in large quantities without employing a conventional combustion system. SOLUTION: In a continuous treatment system wherein a mixer 21 for mixing sewage treatment sludge with carbide, a granulation part 19 for making sewage treatment sludge easy to burn and a continuous carbonizing part 4 are successively arranged and the continuous carbonizing part 4 has an object-to-be-treated supply part 5 thereabove and a carbon-containing auxiliary is added to sludge containing org. matter or org. waste to continuously treat the sludge or org. matter, a means for feeding back carbide obtained by the continuous carbonizing part is provided between the object-to-be treated supply part of the continuous carbonizing part and a lower carbide taking-out port and the carbide from sewage treatment sludge or org. waste is fed back to the continuous carbonizing part to be used and sewage treatment sludge or org. waste is treated continuously.
