摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a valve, improve responsiveness, and reduce operating noise by arranging a step part on a core and a valve holder, arranging an L-shaped sleeve engaged to the step part, and shortening the length of an armature. SOLUTION: In a solenoid 2, a metallic sleeve 16 is disposed between a core 4 and a valve holder 10, and is fastened to the core 4 and the valve holder 10 by means of welding to provide a sealing function of inner fuel. The sleeve 16 and the core 4 are joined in the axial direction at a step part 4A of a large diameter part 4b and a small diameter part 4c of the core 4, and positioning of the axial direction of the core 4 is decided. The cross-sectional shape of the sleeve 16 is formed in an L-shape. When an area where an armature 8 is opposed to an inner circumference of the valve holder 10 is ensured, the length of the armature 8 can be made comparatively short, since a part where the outer periphery of the armature 8 is opposed to an inner circumference of the sleeve 16 is short in the axial direction. It is thus possible to improve responsiveness and also reduce operating noise by lightening the armature 8.
