发明名称 JOINING STRUCTURE OF STEEL PILLAR AND BEAM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the joining of a steel pillar and a steel beam while obtaining high joining strength so as to secure the vibration resistance by joining the steel pillar and the steel beam through a fiber reinforced hardening member. SOLUTION: A side surface of a pillar (steel pillar) 1 is provided with a pair of two side plates 3, 3 made of H-type steel so as to be extended in parallel with a steel beam 2 to be joined with them. A bottom plate 4 is fitted between the pair of side plates 3, 3 having the same height with that of the steel beam 2, and these side plates 3, 3 and the bottom plate 4 form a bracket 5 having a nearly U-shaped cross section. An end of the steel beam 2 is placed inside of the bracket 5, and the bracket 5 and the steel beam 2 are overlapped with each other over the predetermined length. Inside of the bracket 5 is filled with the filling material (fiber reinforced hardening material) 6, and the pillar 1 and the steel beam 2 are integrally joined with each other through the bracket 5 and the filling material 6. With this structure, fixing strength of joining can be improved, and weight of the joining part of the steel pillar and the steel beam is reduced, and proof stress and durability at the joining part is improved.
