PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advance workability by permitting the assembly of a cushion body made of a corrugated fiberboard plate to be carried out easier than the conventional one. SOLUTION: The cushioning body is made of a corrugated fiberboard plate to be put on the end of a device such as the indoor machine of an air conditioner. In this case, each cushioning body is formed of a cushioning main body 3 comprising a pair of side plates 7, 8 facing with each other, an upper plate 9 connecting the upper ends of these side plates 7, 8, and a bottom plate 10 connecting the lower ends of these side plates 7, 8, and a rear back-up material 4 to be held in the cushioning main body 3, and a lower cushion material, and side cushion materials.
