PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely carry a battery by making it possible to easily attach a carrying belt without specially machining a battery case. SOLUTION: This onboard battery includes a pair of terminal caps 12, 12 secured to a pair of plus and minus terminal bolts 11, 11 provided at both ends of the upper surface of a battery case 10. The terminal cap 12 comprises a base part 12a secured to the terminal bolt 11 and an arm 12d projecting diagonally inward and upward from the inner end of the base part 12a and integrated with the base part 12a. Both ends of a carrying belt 17 are releasably attached to the arms 12d, 12d of the terminal bolts 11, 11.
