PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular braking force control device capable of antiskid control, traction control, and VSC control whereby when a brake operating force is released during normal braking, the hydraulic pressure of a wheel brake can be reduced promptly. SOLUTION: This device is provided with second check valves 83, 85 located between the orifices 71, 73 of a suction passage P5 and the point of connection of an auxiliary suction passage P9 with the suction passage P5 and permitting circulation of hydraulic fluid only from a main passage P1 to the suction side of a motor-driven pump 23, and a third solenoid on-OH valve 47 disposed between the second check valves 83, 85 of the suction passage P5 and the point of connection of the auxiliary suction passage P9 with the suction passage P5.
