PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate loading and handling papers, simplify a structure and enhance a reliability by setting a print head for printing to papers to a lid body, and a platen roller for pressing the papers into contact with the head from below in front of a paper storage part of a printer body. SOLUTION: A remaining paper amount detection regulation member 14 is set to an inner side face of a paper storage part 12. A paper reception roller 15 is rotatably mounted for preventing a paper from clogging at a narrow part when the paper is transferred forward in a direction to a delivery opening. A platen roller 16 for pressing the paper into contact with a print head 19 is set and coupled to a driving means in front of the paper reception roller 15. A cutter fixed edge 22 is kept waiting in front of the roller 16 in a state in which the edge is pressed in contact with a cutter movable edge 23 at the right outside of the paper delivery opening. The edge 23 is set so that it can be driven by the driving means along the edge 22 to traverse the paper delivery opening. The print head 19 connected to a control circuit unit 28 for printing to the paper is mounted to a lid frame body 5 constituting a lid body 4 with a lid body case 6 set.
