PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce gas mixed with a liquid flowing from a first treatment part to a second treatment part to reduce the generation of a trouble in a succeeding process. SOLUTION: The liquid treatment apparatus is constituted so as to allow a liquid, with which a gas is mixed, to flow from a first treatment part 1 to a second treatment part 2. In this case, a separation part 13 allowing the liquid to flow in the up and down direction to float the gas and a gas discharge passage 14 for discharging the gas floated in the separation part 13 are provided on the way of the flow passage from the first treatment part to the second treatment part.
