PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition having excellent impact resistance, heat resistance and moldability and processability and satisfying a severe flame retardance level by using a nonphosphorus flame- retardant. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate, (B) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of an organic sulfonic acid metal salt, (C) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a fluorinated polyolefin and (D) 0.2-10 pts.wt. of a diene-containing multi-layer structural polymer.
