PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly emit an odor in the case of discharge or urination to an external part by providing a net which is opened/closed in a part for covering a buttock part under a waist part to support the buttock part and arranging a capsule by which rolling-over is enable to left and right in a bed with a stool by which discharge, urination and drying are automatically or manually enabled. SOLUTION: The capsule 3 which covers the buttock part and is vertically division possible is arranged in the upper part of the bed 1, an inner wheel 4 and an outer wheel 5 are disposed inside the capsule 3 and a roller 6 is fixed with play between them so as to be freely rotatable. The net 7 with a hole in an anal part, which is stretched over a front part to a rear part to support the buttock part, is attached to the inner wheel 4 and rotated to left and right so that rolling-over is enabled. Besides, a stool 8 partitioned from the bed 1 is provided with a treatment unit main body having the treatment function of a discharge tank 10, a water tank 11, a warm blow generating and supplying device and an evacuating pipe or the like so as to be attachable/detachable by way of a freely extending/contracting possible connection pipe 9. The stool 8 is also provided with a warm water injection nozzle, a drying warm blow injecting nozzle and a discharge and urination detecting sensor. |
