PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered sheet forming method making it unnecessary to prepare an exclusive T-die for forming a multilayered sheet and capable of reducing cost. SOLUTION: The first and second molten resins R1, R2 extruded by first and second extruders 1, 2 are allowed to meet each other and laminated in a circular cross-sectional shape state by the confluent adaptor 20 of a feed block 10 and the molten resins R1, R2 in this laminated state are guided to a single-layered type T-die 3 in the circular cross-sectional shape state to be molded into a sheet.
