PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject agent effective for dimorphic fungi existing normally in human body by including a compound having a specified geranyl group at the principal skeleton. SOLUTION: This agent includes at least one compound having a geranyl group of the formula (CH3)2C=CH-CH2-CH2-C(CH3)CH-CH2 (includingα- andβ-isomer) (preferably having terpenes in components). The terpenes are a terpene having one geranyl group as the principal skeleton (e.g. geraniol of formula I), a sesquiterpene including one geranyl group [e.g.αorβtype farnesol (β-type of formula II)] or a diterpene including two geranyl groups (e.g. geranylgeraniol of formula III). In use of these compound as a transfer suppressing activator agent for dimorphic fungi, oral administration, hypodermic injection, intravenous injection, local administration and the like are all applicable.
