PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve waterproofness and durability, and to improve the working efficiency at execution work by outwardly extending a waterproof sheet sandwiched between the reverse (the wall surface side) of an outer peripheral part of a window frame and a wall surface, and joining the end part to a butt end surface of an outer wall panel. SOLUTION: A moisture permeable waterproof sheet 3 is stretched on an upper surface of plywood 22 of an inner wall panel 20. A waterproof sheet 1 by previously integrating unvulcanized butyl rubber into a butyl rubber sheet with cloth as a pressure sensitive adhesive on an upper surface of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 3, is stretched in the lengthwise direction of a sash frame 10 between the sash frame 10 of the outdoor side side edge of an opening part and the plywood 22 to be joined in a state of covering a butt end surface 12 of an outer wall panel 11 in the width direction. The side edge sash frame 10 of the opening part and the plywood 22 are sealed in a joining part 13 of a sash frame main body 16 and the plywood 22 by a butyl rubber sealing material 17. A gasket 2 is inserted/installed in clearance between the sash frame 10 and the outer wall panel 11 from the outdoor side.
