PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability in a building unit having pillars arranged at four corners, floor beams rigidly joined with each pillar at both ends thereof, and a ceiling panel assembly by arranging the top surface of the ceiling panel assembly and the upper ends of the pillars at the same height. SOLUTION: Framed construction is formed of four steel pillars 1 respectively having a circular cross section and arranged at four corners and four floor beams 2 stretched between a lower part of the adjacent pillars 1 and to be rigidly joined with the pillars 1. A joint is stretched between the floor beams 2, and floor panels are provided thereon, and a ceiling panel assembly 5 formed of an end edge 6 as a ceiling frame formed of a groove-shaped steel and a ceiling panel 7 formed of a plaster board fixed to a lower surface side of the end edge 6 and a scaffold plate 8 is provided in the upper part of the framed structure. Then, the end edge 6 is positioned in the periphery of the pillar 1, and a cover member is fixed to the upper end of the pillar 1 so that the top surface of the scaffold plate 8 is positioned at the same height with the top end of the pillar 1. Consequently, generation of displacement and stage difference of the scaffold plate 8 can be prevented so as to improve the safety of the installation work. |
