PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To kill cold viruses intruding from the outside and to prevent a cold by inserting pocket heaters into the space of a cloth mask, limiting the air permeability of the mask, and heating the air stored in the mask to a specific temperature or above. SOLUTION: A plurality of air-permeable fabrics 2 are overlapped and folded in three to form a mask main body 1, two aluminum sheets 3 are inserted into both ends of a space 1a thus formed, and the mask main body 1 is sewn to form a mask. Pockets 1-a, 1-b are formed in the mask main body 1, and heating elements (pocket heaters) 5 are stored in the pockets 1-a, 1-b. One face of each heating element 5 is formed with an aluminum sheet, thus the air permeability of the whole mask is limited. When the air permeability is limited, the temperature in the mask is increased to 42 deg.C or above by the effect of the heat of the heating elements 5, cold viruses intruding from the outside are sterilized by the high heat, and a cold can be effectively prevented.
