PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of decrease in information during the diagnosis as caused by a narrowed visual field range of a B mode image while a quality image can be obtained with an increase in the number of frames of ultrasonic images if the range of the region of interest is reduced. SOLUTION: The region of interest 8b is set on an image 8a being displayed in real time on a monitor 8 to obtain an image 82a given as B mode image +CFM image corresponding to the set width of the region of interest. Then the width of the region of interest is made less than a specified value, the B mode image 83a with the width thereof larger than the width of the region of interest obtained by rescanning at a desired cycle is made on a refresh display. This can avoid a reduction in diagnosing information while obtaining a quality CFN image with an increase in the number of frames thereby enabling sufficiently determining of the shape and the position of a part being diagnosed. |
