<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating body unit eliminating the need for a strict dimensional control and shape correction after bending, as an accessory for a filter unit mounted in an exhaust passage of exhaust gas for a diesel engine, and providing high reliability for brazing or welding on the end part of a sheath heater. SOLUTION: Both ends of a sheath heater 8 inserted into a cylinder body 6 are extruded outside through a through-hole 14 on a heater mounting part 10 formed on a side surface of the cylinder body and a through-hole 17 on a heater mounting metal harness 16 which is provided outside of the heater mounting part 10. Adjusting screw holes 19 with a large diameter and screw holes 15 are provided on the heater mounting metal harness and the heater mounting part respectively. The heater mounting part and the heater-mounting metal harness are temporarily installed by screwing screws 19 into the adjusting screw hole and the screw holes. Finally, the sheath heater, the heater-mounting part, the heater-mounting metal harness, and screws are integrally brazed or welded.</p> |
