PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device for a cab capable of preventing wind from entering the cab from the outside through the ventilation device provided on a door of the cab. SOLUTION: Steps 25, 26 are attached to a lower side of a door of a cab in the vertical direction through a side plate 22 and a step cover 23, and a baffle plate 31 is attached to the side plate 22 so as to protrude into a space on an inner side of the step cover 23.
