摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high-precision hydraulic drive control as well as reduction of energy loss and electric power consumption, by controlling a required flow rate of hydraulic oil through selecting plural hydraulic pumps for a required hydraulic actuator, and controlling the preliminary drive of the electric motor for obtaining the lower limit flow rate and the drive for obtaining set discharge rates, in the discharge flow rate regions of the hydraulic pumps. SOLUTION: The hydraulic system drive control commands from an injection molding machine control unit(CU) 22 are an OP selection signal S1 for selecting drives for plural hydraulic pumps (OP), a flow control signal S2 for controlling the OP discharge rate, and a pressure controlling signal S3 for controlling the OP discharge pressure. Electric motors M1 and M2 for driving a single or plural OP's are controlled via a single or plural inverters 28A and 28B, by installing an interface 26 of the inverter for controlling the electric motors for hydraulic pump driving without wastefull energy consumption, in an adequate manner and economically, in order to control the OP discharge rate corresponding to the OP selection signal S1 and the flow rate control signal S2 from CU 22. By this procedure, high-precision drive control as well as reduction of energy loss and electric power consumption is realized.
