PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the peeling of a coating liquid at an atomizing surface by forming slits flaring from a supply path of a nozzle toward the outer periphery of the atomizing surface between the supply path and the atomizing surface. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic spraying device forms the supply path 3 for introducing the coating material forcibly fed from a coating material supply source to the front end of the nozzle 2 and the atomizing surface 4 is formed at the front end of the nozzle 2. The four slits 5 are formed between the supply path 3 of the nozzle 2 and the atomizing surface 4 so as to traverse, in a cruciform shape, the opening of the supply path 3 exposed to the atomizing surface 4. The respective slits 5 form the slopes flaring at a prescribed angle toward the outer periphery of the atomizing surface 4 from the deep side of the supply path 3. As a result, the peeling of the coating liquid may be prevented at the atomizing surface 4 and the coating grain size may be made fine and uniform, by which the coating quality may be improved.
