PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve functionality, personalization and differentiation and to improve convenience by installing the function of a fluorescent lamp and a radio function on an umbrella. SOLUTION: The handle of the umbrella is composed of a radio part B, a fluorescent lamp part C and a connection support fixing band D for connecting the radio part B and the fluorescent lamp part. The radio part B and the fluorescent lamp part C are individually independent, integrated by assembly (assembly due to screwing) and adhered to the strut pipe of the umbrella as a handle after the attachment of the connection support band. At such a time, the fluorescent lamp part C is turned down at all the time and plays a role for lighting a road or feet.
