PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition for providing a cured material having excellent stain resistance of surface in spite of having sufficient flexibility, etc., by making the composition include a specific organic polymer and a polyfluoroalkyl group-containing alkylene oxide derivative. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) an organic polymer containing at least one hydrolyzable silicon group cross-linkable by hydrolysis and (B) a polyfluoroalkyl group-containing alkylene oxide derivative in the weight ratio of the component A/the component B of preferably 100/0.01 to 100/20, more preferably 100/0.1 to 100/10. A hydrolyzable silicon-containing polyether derived from a polyether may be cited as the component A. A fluorine- containing compound of the formula Rf-Q-O-(A-O)n-R [Rf is a 1-22C polyfluoroalkyl; Q is a 1-5C alkylene; n is 1-100; A is a (substituted) 2-4C alkylene; R is H, a 1-18C alkyl or a 1-18C acyl] is preferably used as the component B.
