SOLUTION: A power generator 6 is driven by an engine 5, the generated power is stored in a battery 7 through an inverter 24, and each electric motor 8, 18, 20, 21 for running, turning, and main winding and auxiliary winches are driven by battery storage force to perform each operation of running, turning, and winding up. Moreover, a hydraulic pump for boom 17 is driven by an electric motor for boom 16, and both boom raising and expanding and shrinking cylinders 14, 15 are operated by its discharge oil to raise and expand and shrink a boom.
