FLAME-RETARDANT RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition that has practical impact strength and moldability and gives molded products of reduced warpage. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin that is composed of (A-1) 10-100 wt.% of a rubber- reinforced resin prepared by polymerizing 80-30 wt.% of monomer components in the presence of 20-70 wt.% of a rubber-like polymer including a specific proportion of ethylene/a 3-20Cα-olefin/non-conjugated diene and (A-2) 90-0 wt.% of a (co)polymer that is prepared by separately polymerizing the monomer components where (A-1)+(A-2)=100 wt.%, (B) 1-30 pts.wt. of flame retarder, (C) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of polyolefin wax, and (D) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of an organic compound that melts at 40-120 deg.C.
